CHIN LIPOSUCTION

Chin liposuction, or chin lipo, is a surgical procedure that aims to remove excess fat from the chin area to enhance the overall contour and definition of the jawline. It involves making small incisions under the chin or behind the ears, through which a thin tube called a cannula is inserted to suction out the excess fat.

Candidates for chin liposuction are individuals who have excess submental fat (often referred to as a “double chin”) that is resistant to diet and exercise. People that may desire a more defined jawline or a more balanced facial appearance.

Ideal candidates should be in good overall health, have good skin elasticity, and have realistic expectations about the outcomes of the procedure.
